Let nature inspire you this Spring.

As nature awakens around us, we are greeted with the gorgeous blossoms, the magnificent magnolia trees, the colourful tulips and other radiant flowers, whilst the melodious songs of birds fill the air, heralding the arrival of this beautiful time of year.

With the sun's strength increasing and the days stretching longer while nights grow shorter, we may find a sense of empowerment begins to blossom within us too. This newfound energy may encourage us to pursue positive changes and embrace any opportunities that come our way. It is also a great time to reflect on the wisdom gleaned from the winter months whilst letting go of what we no longer need as we head into the lighter and brighter months.

If your yoga and meditation practices have slipped a little (or a lot!) now is the perfect time to reignite them.
