Cancellation Policy & Refunds for Classes, Workshops and Retreats

Classes: If there is a need to cancel your place, refunds (less a 50p admin charge which includes Stripe's charges) will be offered if a minimum 2 hours notice of the class time is given. Within 2 hours then refunds cannot be given.
Alternatively the booking can be transferred to another equivalent class as long as a minimum of 2 hours notice is given.

 

Private sessions: If there is a need to cancel / postpone, then full refunds will be offered if a full 24 hours notice of the appointment is given; otherwise the fee for the allotted appointment time (and travel time where applicable) will be charged in full.

 

Courses and Workshops: If you need to cancel a course or workshop for any reason, as long as the cancellation is more than 28 days before the start date of the course/workshop, a full refund less a 10% admin fee will be provided. No other refunds or transfers are provided, unless we can fill your place from a waiting list, in which case we will refund the fee (less a 20% admin fee). No refunds will be offered for cancellations made the day before or on the day of any course or workshop. In the instance that a course or workshop is cancelled by Yoga360 or Meditation with Simon Hoten you will be offered either a refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative course / workshop. Once a course has commenced, refunds cannot be offered.

Gift Cards / Vouchers: Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any Yoga360 class at West Hampstead Community Centre, private one to one session or any Yoga360 Yoga and meditation course, workshop or urban retreat.

 

Yoga Retreat Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you cannot attend the retreat you have booked, we will do our best to fill your place and refund you as per below, except for the non refundable deposit.

 

Please note this is not a guarantee and if we cannot fill your place the following cancellation fees apply:

If you cancel 45 or more days before the UK retreat ( or 60 days or more for an overseas retreat) you will be charged the non refundable deposit.

If you cancel 30-45 days before the UK retreat (or 30 - 60 days for an overseas retreat) you will be charged 50% of the total retreat price.

If you cancel 1-29 days before the retreat you will be charged 100% of the total retreat price.

 

Any charges incurred by international transfers are to be covered by the payee.

 

All descriptions of facilities, amenities and classes are correct at time of writing. However should amenities or classes be unavailable due to acts of technical failure or unforeseen difficulties of any kind, we will try our very best to provide an alternative, but under such circumstances cannot be held liable. Whilst the highest standards of care are provided, neither can we accept liability for loss or damage to your personal property or any medical conditions that may develop during or after your weekend / holiday. Your holiday insurance should cover these and any other contingencies.
