Are you new to?

A Beginners Yoga Course, workshop or Private one to one Yoga session are the best ways for getting started. If you cannot make the course, you can still come along to any open level classes, but these open level classes will be a mixture of students from beginners to more advanced.  Yoga mats are provided at all classes / Yoga sessions, but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish. Just wear clothes that you feel comfortable exercising in. 

Our next 6 week Yoga for Beginners course

In person starts Wed Sept 11th 6.55pm - 8.10pm

This Beginners yoga course is an ideal way to begin your practise including the key poses & alignment principles in a safe and friendly environment. The Beginners' Yoga course includes an introduction to yoga postures, sequencing, breathing techniques, meditation and philosophy. Each week we will explore a different focus including standing, forward bends, back bends, twists, hip openers & then we will roll them all together in the sixth week. At the end of the 6 week course you should feel confident enough to attend regular classes, come on yoga retreats & create a home practise. After each class you will also be emailed a handout so that you can practise at home if you wish as well as catch up if you missed a class. 

All mats/ equipment are provided. Price : In person £68
