Private sound bath sessions for individuals, couples or
small groups
What to expect
You are invited to lie down (or you can sit) and when the session starts you are immersed in soothing and resonant sound vibrations produced by Tibetan singing bowls which are placed on, above and around the body which create a sonic massage. This practice takes place in the quiet, and peaceful setting, of my home practise, or at a venue of your choosing . This bathing in sounds is part of Nada Yoga the yoga of sound, and its aim is to bring about harmony and balance in your body and mind
Sessions can include
Foot sonic massage
Hand sonic massage
Back, Shoulder and spine sonic massage
Lower and upper back sonic massage
Lower and upper stomach sonic massage
Full body session - encompassing all the above
