Hatha Flow

My signature class, includes breath centred flowing sequences with

 more challenging variations. Each week is themed & options are given for all levels. Everyone welcome.

Restorative & 

yoga nidra class

Rest deeply with this restorative yoga practise & develop tools with iRest yoga nidra that can help you to deeply relax & calm the nervous system. See workshops page for dates/details. 

Gentle & slow paced class

 These gentle slow classes include postures, joint freeing movements, breathing, mindfulness practices & short guided meditations. Ideal for beginners and those more experienced.



My aim is to provide you with a friendly, warm, quiet, safe and supportive group environment. We will explore different meditation  & mindful breathing practices. Everyone welcome
