For classes taught via zoom, once you have booked, the zoom code is sent 30 minutes before the class to everyone who has booked online. It really is that easy.
Please log in to Zoom 5 mins before the class.
Are you new to yoga classes with Simon? Please contact me via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 07984 613826 and arrange a call or Zoom session for a pre-class consultation and to complete a new student form.
This allows us to discuss any modifications required to support any injuries/ health conditions that you may have, as well as allowing us to build a rapport. This is also an insurance requirement for online sessions.
My signature class, includes breath centred flowing sequences with
more challenging variations. Each week is themed & options are given for all levels. Everyone welcome.

A slow, breath centred yoga practise, moving through simple movements, taking our time with plenty of time for rest and relaxation.
Ideal whether you are a beginner or more experienced.
