This allows us to discuss any modifications required to support any injuries/ health conditions that you may have, as well as allowing us to build a rapport.  This is also an insurance requirement for online sessions.

Private Yoga / Meditation classes 

 

Private zoom / skype/ facetime yoga / meditation sessions allow you to continue or start your yoga / meditation practise whether you are at home or away.

Your private lesson can be arranged at a time that is suitable for you including early morning and late at night

Private Skype/Facetime sessions start from 45 min, allowing you to practice more regularly, and potentially fit the session more easily into your schedule.

 

All my yoga styles & meditation practices are available including slow flowing hatha yoga, restorative yoga, meditation utilising mantras, visualisation & including iRest yoga nidra / guided meditation.

Restorative Yoga Online Practise - Yoga for deep relaxation

  • You can access this online practise which is in the form of a course here through your laptop, desk top computer, tablet or phone via my online school on Teachable. 
  • Once purchased, it is yours to keep, with no time limits!
  • You can practise it anywhere, anytime including in the comfort and privacy of your home.
  • It is suitable for those of you who are experienced yoga practitioners or those of you looking for online yoga for beginners.

In this Restorative Yoga online video course, i teach and guide you through eight key restorative yoga poses. You can then practise the poses individually, create your own sequence or follow one of the three sequences that i have created for you - 15 minutes, 40 minutes and 75 minutes, depending on how much time you have. It is suitable if you have been yoga practising for some time and you are looking for a relaxing practise that you can easily do at home. It is also suitable if you are looking for online yoga for beginners. Length is 100 minutes. 

 

During a Restorative yoga session, you are invited to slow down, focus on your breath and practise stillness or gentle movements. Yoga postures are practised usually supine or seated, supported by props, and held for longer periods than a usual yoga pose in a general class. This encourages the body to let go, releasing muscular tension, as the props are supporting your body rather than the muscles.

If you don't have the props then I also give you alternatives that you can easily find around your home!
