Treat yourself to slow mindful yoga practices, restorative yoga, iRest yoga nidra / guided meditations and deep relaxation with plenty of free time to use the beautiful spa facilities, including the swimming pool, enjoy a tension melting massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, reflexology or other treatment. There's also a gym too!

Enjoy delicious, nutritious food, freshly prepared for you and relax after mealtimes on one of the snuggly sofas and in front of the log fire.

Champneys Forest Mere is tucked away in the beautiful South Downs in Hampshire and is both a beautiful spa resort and countryside hideaway which will lift your spirits and soothe your senses.

All of our sessions will take place in the beautiful, tranquil workshop space with lakeside views where I will guide you through practices suitable for all levels.

(Please remember that all sessions are optional. This is your time and if you want or need a lie in or more time for yourself, please feel free to miss any class)

   4pm Check in - Relax, unpack, walk around the beautiful grounds or have a swim 

   5pm Warm welcome sunset hatha yoga 

   7pm dinner

 Thursday 6th February 

    7.45am Morning meditation & conscious breathing

    8.15am  Mindful hatha yoga

Champneys Forest Mere 

Your home for the retreat will be Champneys Forest Mere where relaxation is their highest priority. This secluded lakeside resort here serves as a perfect countryside hideaway. Located in leafy Liphook, a village in the South Downs, Forest Mere is framed by 160 acres of gorgeous woodland and sweeping green lawns and their nature-filled grounds are a picture-perfect calming oasis. and is positioned right next to a tranquil lake.

Your bedroom

The bedrooms are modern, spacious and comfy and are your own little cocoon with countryside views. The beds are dressed in beautifully pressed high quality linen to help soothe you into peaceful slumber. If you usually struggle to drift off, they invite you to spritz their spa-scented pillow mist over the bed, before slipping between the sheets allowing the gentle notes of lavender and chamomile to send you into a wonderful sleep. 

The food

At Champneys, their philosophy is simple - it’s all about healthy, delicious and beautiful food. Breakfast, lunch & dinner is included.

Getting there 

By train - Frequent trains from London Waterloo to Liphook (60 minutes) and then it is a  8 minute taxi journey. 

By car - 1 hour 40 minutes drive from Trafalgar Square, London
