For experienced students - we will explore pranayama practices, breath retentions, mudras and bandhas. Also postures including wild thing, dolphin shoulderstand, headstand
Yoga for sport
Yoga for sport is a programme that can fit alongside current training programmes. This can benefit individuals as well as teams. It can enhance performance by improving strength, flexibility and range of movement as well as reducing the risk of injury.
This can also increase focus and confidence.
